DEFINITIONS:
 The following terms will have the following meaning. “The Company” means Frontiers Menswear Ltd. “Customer” means the customer of The Company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

PRIVACY POLICY: We at Frontiers are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information that is collected from you lawfully and in accordance with the new GDPR legislation. We use the information you give us to process your online orders and to help us improve the service we provide. We will use the information collected to personally keep in touch and let you know about offers / sales / promotions only if you have opted to receive these communications. If you no longer wish to receive this information you can opt out at any time by contacting us direct or clicking on the footer of any marketing email.

We do not share any of your details with other companies other than those that need it to provide your delivery.

 To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. 

What are Cookies

PAYMENT:
 Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company’s choosing. The Company aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day. Please allow 3 working days for UK deliveries before reporting to the Company any outstanding orders, and 7 working days for the rest of world.


CLAIMS:
 Claims arising from the damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within seven working days of delivery. The Company shall be afforded reasonable time and opportunity to investigate any such claim, and the Customer shall if so requested in writing or verbally by the Company promptly return any of the goods and any packing materials securely packaged to The Company for examination.


ACCEPTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER’S ORDER:
 The display of any item on the Company’s website is not an offer to sell, and the Company shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If the Customer places an order, this will be their offer to purchase the items from the Company. The Company will acknowledge the Customer’s order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless they have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. If an item that the Customer orders is out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on the order, the Company will contact the Customer at the email address provided when placing the order. If the Customer cannot be contacted, then the remaining items on the order will be processed.


KLARNA:
 In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy policy.


RETURNS:  
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Frontiers Man offers a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance, all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.


OVERSEAS ORDERS:

CUSTOMS INFORMATION - PLEASE READ FOR ALL OVERSEAS ORDERS:

UK VAT (20%) is automatically removed for orders outside the UK. Please note, additional taxes and duties may be charged by your country's government when the parcel arrives, and these aren’t included in our prices. As this is beyond our control, the customer is responsible for these charges. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local authorities to avoid any surprises when your order arrives.

IMPORTANT:
If you are happy to proceed, once your order is despatched you will receive an email regarding your duties payment. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox (including your junk mailbox) as it may be filtered there.

DHL pre-pay the duties to speed up the customs process. Please note, if the duties are not paid and the parcel is refused, the duties charges will still be deducted from your refund, along with outgoing and returning shipping fees.


UK ORDERS:
 We recommend checking your safe place settings in the DPD app (if you use it) to make sure everything is up to date. We don’t advise selecting an obvious safe place, as once this option is activated the delivery becomes your responsibility and we’re unable to cover any losses.


NON-RETURNABLE:
Socks: due to socks' personal nature and to keep the highest standard of cleanliness, socks are non-returnable.
