Previously, we offered 10% off first orders. While popular, it didn’t really reward customers who have continued shopping with us over these past 10 years.
The new loyalty programme is designed to give something back to returning customers instead - rewarding long-term support rather than just one-off purchases.

You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Once you reach 200 points, you can redeem rewards against future purchases.
As part of Frontiers Man’s 10 year celebrations, throughout the remainder of this year 100 points will equal £7 reward credit.
From 1st January, 100 points will convert to £5 reward credit.
Yes - points are still earned on the final amount paid after discount.

Once you have enough points available (min 200), head to the ‘Ways to Redeem’ section. Use the slider to choose how many points you would like to redeem, which will then generate your reward code.
Your reward code can then be entered at checkout against your order.
Yes - rewards can first be redeemed once you reach 200 points (£14 reward value).
After that, points can be redeemed in multiples of 100 points.
This applies both online and in-store.
Yes - points can be earned on both online and in-store purchases.
Yes - rewards can also be redeemed in-store once you have enough points available.
No - points can only be used on future purchases.
Points are not earned when purchasing gift vouchers. This avoids rewards being applied twice across the same transaction.
However, points will be earned when a gift voucher is redeemed against a purchase.
(Loyalty rewards and discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.)
Yes - please use the same email address for your newsletter sign-up and loyalty account to ensure rewards are linked correctly.
No - points are non-transferable and tied to a single customer account.
Points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the loyalty programme and cannot be added retrospectively to earlier orders.
No - rewards are store specific.
Points earned at Frontiers Man can only be redeemed at Frontiers Man. The same applies to Frontiers Woman.
If an order is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
If points were used in the purchase, these points will be returned back to your account.
If points earned from the original purchase have already been redeemed and used against a later order, the value of those redeemed rewards will be deducted from the refund total.
If a credit note is issued, the points earned from the original purchase will be removed from your account. New points will then be added when the credit note is redeemed against a future purchase.
No - points cannot be merged or combined across separate accounts.
No - there is currently no limit to the number of points that can be accumulated.
You can view your points balance by logging into your customer account or clicking on the Rewards icon at the bottom of the page.
Yes - Frontiers Woman are also offering a loyalty programme with the same points structure and rewards system.
Please note, however, that accounts and rewards are store specific. Points earned at Frontiers Man can only be redeemed at Frontiers Man, and the same applies to Frontiers Woman.
